Herewith, a copy of a newspaper review of a Vietnamese restaurant, posted proudly in said restaurant's front window. About an inch from the words "clean, healthy": a dead insect trapped behind the glass. Laugh? Well, I smirked - I've eaten there very happily, many times, and they haven't killed me yet, so a bit of chili-salted wasp can't be that bad for you, right?
